We collect the minimum data needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations.
- Account details: username, email address, phone number.
- Identity details: full name, national ID number, date of birth and documents you upload (verification only).
- Financial data: deposits and withdrawals, and the payment accounts you use.
- Play data: games you play, bet and win records, bonus history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, session records.
2 Why we use a device fingerprint
To detect multi-accounting and bonus abuse we generate a one-way hash from technical browser attributes (screen resolution, operating system, installed fonts, graphics signature and similar).
That hash cannot be reversed into personal information. It only answers “has this browser been seen on another account?”. It is not used for advertising or profiling and is not shared with third parties.

- Responding to lawful requests from authorities.
4 Data security
All data in transit is encrypted with 256-bit SSL. Passwords are stored with one-way hashing; nobody, including support, can see your password.
Identity documents are kept in a non-public directory and can only be viewed by authorised admin accounts in the panel. Documents are not reachable by a direct public link.
5 Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as legal retention rules require. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
- To learn which of your data we hold.
- To ask for incorrect or incomplete data to be corrected.
- To request deletion once legal retention no longer applies.
- To object to processing and to close your account.
6 Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, verify a security token and remember your preferences. Sign-in is not possible without these cookies.
If you arrive via a referral link, we store the referral code in a cookie for 30 days. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.
