Responsible Gaming
Gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We provide tools so you stay in control.
Last update: 28 August 20261 Core principles
Playing on BetFix should stay enjoyable. Never risk more than you can afford to lose, and do not play to win back losses.
- Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
- Do not chase losses; losing is a normal part of the game.
- Avoid playing after drinking or when you are in a bad mood.
- Limit the time you spend playing and take regular breaks.
- Do not play with borrowed money or by cutting essential spending.
2 Warning signs
If several of the following apply to you, consider taking a break:
- Playing longer or for higher amounts than you planned.
- Neglecting work, school or family responsibilities because of play.
- Hiding play from people close to you, or understating how much you stake.
- Depositing repeatedly to win back losses.
- Feeling restless or irritable when you cannot play.
3 Tools you can use
Limits can be applied to your account so you stay in control. Write to live support to enable a tool; requests are processed the same day.
- Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap.
- Loss limit: cap how much you can lose in a given period.
- Session length: limit how long a single session may last.
- Cooling-off: freeze your account temporarily from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: close your account for 6 months up to permanently. The account cannot be reopened during that period.
4 18+ age limit
BetFix does not serve anyone under 18. Age is declared at registration and confirmed with identity verification on the first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to a minor are closed, the balance is refunded and winnings are cancelled.
If you share a device with children, we recommend parental-control software and not saving your sign-in details.
