1 Membership and account

To join BetFix you must be 18 or older and online gaming must be legal in your country. You are responsible for keeping the details you provide at registration accurate and up to date.

Each person may open only one account. Extra accounts that belong to the same person are closed. Bonuses and winnings from those bonuses on those accounts are cancelled.

• You may not share your account details with anyone else. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
• Accounts opened from the same IP, device or payment account are treated as linked.
• Usernames may not contain insults, impersonation or misleading wording.
• You may request that your account be closed at any time.

2 Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits may only be made with payment methods registered in your own name. Transfers from third-party accounts are not processed and are sent for refund.

Withdrawals follow a closed-loop rule: payouts go only to an account you have already used to deposit. This rule helps prevent card fraud and money laundering.

• The minimum withdrawal is 200 ₺.
• Your daily withdrawal limit is set by your VIP level. Details are on the VIP Club page.
• Even without a bonus, you must wager your deposit at least 1 times.
• Identity verification is required on your first withdrawal. See verification.

3 Bonuses and wagering

Each bonus shows its wagering requirement, validity period and maximum bet on the Bonuses page. Claiming a bonus means you accept those terms.

Bonus balance is kept separate from your main balance. When wagering is finished, the bonus balance moves to your main wallet automatically and becomes withdrawable.

• Wagering contribution depends on game type: slots 100%, crash 50%, table games 20%, live casino 10%.
• Bets above the bonus maximum bet limit are not accepted while wagering is active.
• You may have only one active bonus at a time.
• A deposit can be used as the base for only one bonus.
• Bonuses that are not completed in time are cancelled and the bonus balance is removed.
• You may cancel a bonus at any time. The bonus balance is removed; your main balance is kept.

4 Prohibited conduct

The following conduct may lead to account closure and a frozen balance:

• Opening multiple accounts or using an account in someone else’s name.
• Playing with automation software, bots or scripts.
• Using a VPN, proxy or location spoofing to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Using low-risk betting strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using a stolen payment method or filing an unjustified chargeback.
• Exploiting a software defect in a game or on the site without reporting it.

5 Game results and complaints

All game results are determined by the provider’s certified random number generator (RNG) and recorded on the server. BetFix does not intervene in results.

If you have a complaint about a round, contact live support first. If you share the round ID and time, we compare the record with the provider’s logs.

6 Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. We message your account for material changes. The current text is always published on this page and applies from the moment it is published.
