KYC & AML Policy
How we verify identity and prevent money laundering.
Last update: 28 August 20261 Why we ask for identity verification
Verification serves three purposes: confirming the age limit, confirming the account belongs to its real owner, and making sure payouts go to the right person.
Verification is one-time. After approval, later withdrawals do not ask for documents again.
2 Documents we ask for
You can upload documents on the verification page. All details must be clearly readable and corners must not be cropped.
- ID front: the photo and details side of your national ID card.
- ID back: the side with the serial number and remaining details.
- Selfie with ID: a photo of you holding your ID next to your face.
- Proof of address (optional): a utility bill or residence document from the last 3 months.
3 Review time
Documents are usually reviewed within 30 minutes. In busy periods this may take longer. The result is sent as a message to your account.
If a document is rejected, the reason is stated clearly in the message and you can upload again from the same page.
4 Anti-money laundering (AML)
We run several checks to stop the site being used as a transfer or laundering channel.
- Closed-loop rule: withdrawals go only to an account you have already used to deposit.
- Main-balance wagering: even without a bonus, you must wager your deposit at least 1 times.
- One-identity rule: the same national ID number may be used on only one account.
- Escalated review: high-value transactions and unusual activity are reviewed manually.
- Risk scoring: suspicious behaviour is scored; withdrawals on accounts above the threshold are held for review.
5 Third-party payments
Deposits from a bank account, card or wallet that is not yours are not accepted. If such a transfer is found, the amount is returned to the sender and the membership is reviewed.
Likewise, withdrawals from your account to someone else’s account are not allowed.
